Meet Our Founder
Kay Woolfolk is the Founder of Love Beyond Labels, a nonprofit born from her personal journey as a mother navigating life with her son, Kyle. After facing firsthand the challenges of finding resources, support, and understanding, Kay was inspired to create a space where families could feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Her passion is rooted in real-life experience—advocating, learning, and pushing through barriers to ensure her son receives the care and opportunities he deserves. Today, she extends that same support to other families through Love Beyond Labels.
Kay is dedicated to creating a community where differences are embraced, resources are accessible, and every individual is valued beyond labels.

Love Beyond Labels was established to raise awareness, build understanding, and connect families to the support and resources they need to thrive.
After recognizing the lack of representation among African American families seeking autism resources, Love Beyond Labels was founded to help bridge that gap by providing education, community connection, and access to valuable support services.
Our goal is to foster welcoming spaces where individuals and families feel supported, informed, and empowered.
